The king of cheeses is now a bit more affordable. I wouldn't normally buy this cheese since it can really be a blow to someone's budget, but I found this deal at Leo's Fine Food & Wine (VIC). It's made in the Aveyron district of southwest central France and it's a fine case of classic deliciousness. Roquefort is delicious by itself, amazing with a glass of port or sherry, great in sauces, and delicious crumbled on top a salad or pasta. It is one of the most versatile cheeses.
