Get a Refrub LG Google Nexus 4 with Case for $169 from Kogan

I've been thinking of getting a new phone to replace my obsolete BlackBerry Curve but I didn't want to pay top dollar for something that I would only need for calls, texts, and the occasional app. My friend suggested looking at second-hand phones. I found this one on Kogan and it will only cost $169 and delivered right to my home if I pay with Paypal. Since it will already come with a bumper case, this might be a better deal than some of those that I find anywhere else. It's already upgrade-able to the latest release of Android OS and already features Google apps so I can maximize my use. I don't mind getting a unit that may have some bumps or marks as long as it is fully-functional. Do you think this would be a good deal?
