A Chef Hat Rated Ottoman Cuisine 4 Course Degustation for $59
Lime&Tonic is offering a four-course Turkish degustation by Chef-Hat winner Ottoman Cuisine. Normally priced $75 you can get it for only $59 with Lime&Tonic. The four-course degustation starts with a first entrée: choose cicek dolma, crisp zucchini flower filled with creamy goat’s cheese and delicate pine nuts, or sis mantar, char-grilled spicy mushroom tossed in smoky cumin, earthy oregano and mild-yet-fragrant Aleppo chilli. Then, move on to your second entrée: either karides, succulent king prawns with shitake mushrooms and spinach, with a bright creamy kick in the form of lemon and yoghurt sauce, or dolma, delicate salmon and prawn wrapped in lightly battered vine leaves served with a tangy sauce. Now, the main event: Turkish-style lamb cutlets. Coated in oregano and sea-salt, then char-grilled and served with potato kofte and a fresh, minty fatush salata, your senses will be ignited by this, the meal’s succulent centerpiece.
